Terms for using MotionAstras and purchasing digital collections.
Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases from ORCASOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the MotionAstras brand. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. Separate written agreements govern creative services.
Product and pricing
Our packs are digital asset collections, not physical items or editing applications. Ultimate Editor’s Arsenal costs ₹149 INR and our other packs cost ₹299 INR, paid once. An available optional add-on pack costs ₹100 more (₹249 for Ultimate Editor’s Arsenal with Motion Vault). Review the product description, compatibility information and final checkout total before purchasing.
Order acceptance and payment
Razorpay processes payments. An order is confirmed after our server verifies successful captured payment. A checkout attempt, pending transaction or unverified payment notification is not a confirmed order.
Delivery and access
After verified payment, your PDF catalog with Google Drive links is available on the purchase confirmation page. A private access link is also sent to your checkout email. Private access links expire after seven days and can be reissued for eligible paid orders through Recover your access. See the Digital Delivery policy.
Asset use
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the assets in your own projects and in projects you make for clients, including monetised and commercial videos, social media content and advertising. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the asset files themselves, on their own or as part of another asset pack, template or library. Where a file includes its own creator notes or terms, follow those as well. Third-party software is not included. For questions about a particular file, contact support@motionastra.com.
Compatibility and representation
Software versions, fonts, plugins, file formats and setup steps can differ by asset. Check the product requirements before buying. Category artwork and box mockups are presentation artwork.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital purchases are final: we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or cancellations after purchase. Duplicate charges and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are exceptions. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Support and changes
Contact support@motionastra.com with questions. Policy changes apply to new purchases from their published effective date. Existing orders are handled under the terms accepted at purchase, subject to applicable law.
