How MotionAstras handles your information.
Who is responsible
ORCASOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED operates MotionAstras and is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to support@motionastra.com. Policy effective date: 11 October 2026.
Information you choose to provide
When you email MotionAstras, your email address and message contents are available to us. Enquiries may include a name, brand, project brief, budget or deadline. The current services questionnaire prepares an email in your own email application; nothing is sent until you send it.
Orders and payment information
At checkout we collect your delivery email and record the order reference, payment-provider references, amount, status and accepted terms version to verify, support and deliver your purchase. Razorpay handles payment entry. MotionAstras does not store full card details, UPI PINs or OTPs. Access emails are sent through Hostinger email.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting services may process IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the site. The private portfolio editor uses a necessary session cookie. Checkout uses a signed, necessary buyer cookie lasting 30 days to associate orders with the browser. A pending order reference is kept in browser session storage. Private catalog access links expire after seven days and can be reissued for eligible paid orders. No Meta Pixel is included in this release.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, administer confirmed orders, assist with support and maintain website security.
Service providers
We use Hostinger for website hosting, order database hosting and email, Razorpay for payment processing, and Google Drive for digital file delivery. These providers process information needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing locations may differ from your location.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Email support@motionastra.com for access, correction or deletion requests. Requests may require identity checks; records required for legal obligations or unresolved transactions may need to be retained.
