A digital collection. No physical shipping.
What you receive
ORCASOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the MotionAstras brand, delivers a PDF catalog containing Google Drive links to the digital collection you purchased. Product box images are mockups; no physical package is shipped.
Delivery channel and timing
After our server verifies captured payment, your PDF is available on the purchase confirmation page and an access email is queued separately. Email delays do not prevent the on-site download. Use the email entered at checkout and check your spam folder if the message is missing.
Payment confirmation
A pending, failed or unverified transaction is not a completed order. Contact support@motionastra.com if money appears deducted but no order confirmation arrives.
Download requirements
You need an internet connection, a PDF reader and enough storage for the files you select. Google Drive may apply sign-in requirements or download limits. Editing software requirements vary by asset; software is not included.
Access links
Private access links expire after seven days. Use Recover your access to request a new link for an eligible paid order. Contact support@motionastra.com if you need help accessing your purchase. Lifetime hosting and future updates are not included as a guarantee.
Delivery problems
For a missing catalog, restricted Drive link or broken download, email support@motionastra.com with your order reference and the affected link or file name. We will investigate and help restore access. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for remedies.
